Reports To: Site Supervisor / Site Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mason (T) to join our team, specializing in tile, marble, granite, and cladding works. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in similar projects and be capable of delivering quality work while adhering to site instructions and standard practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and communicate effectively with site supervisor and/or site engineer to understand daily work plans and technical guidelines.

2. Install tiles, marble, and granite in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.

3. Apply cladding on various surfaces as per standard requirements while maintaining proper quality and finish.

4. Perform cutting, grinding, and polishing of materials using appropriate tools and techniques practiced in the region.

5. Supervise and manage assistants or helpers when required to ensure workflow efficiency and quality.

6. Utilize masonry tools and equipment safely and efficiently as per best practices.

7. Ensure work is carried out with precision, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

8. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in tile/marble/granite installation and cladding works.

1. Sound knowledge of cutting, grinding, polishing, and installation techniques relevant to local practices.

2. Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and site directions.

3. Skilled in using relevant hand and power tools.

4. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

5. Physically capable of handling the demands of the job.
