specializing in high-quality tile and marble installation. This is a high-volume role requiring speed, precision, and expertise in specialized finishes across commercial and residential projects in the UAE.

Compensation

Fixed Monthly Salary:

AED 1,500 per month ( accommodation and transportation is free of cost)

Expertise & Speed Requirements

Candidates

must

meet the following non-negotiable standards for technical skill and speed:

Speed:

Ability to complete a minimum of

40 square meters of tiling per day

while maintaining high quality standards.

Tile & Marble Expertise:

Highly skilled in the cutting, setting, and finishing of all types of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, mosaic) and natural stone (marble, granite).

Specialized Installation:

Proven expertise in the precise installation of: Kitchen Countertops and large slabs. Wash basins and vanity units. WCs (Water Closets) and bathroom fixtures.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and applying necessary setting materials (mortar, adhesives). Accurately cut, shape, and lay tiles or stone to specifications on walls, floors, and specialized areas. Ensure accurate alignment, even spacing, and proper grouting for a flawless finish. Install specialized bathroom and kitchen fixtures (basins, WCs) ensuring leak-free connections and proper mounting. Read and interpret basic drawings and follow instructions from supervisors. Adhere strictly to site safety regulations (HSE).

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience as a Tile/Marble Specialist or highly skilled Mason. Demonstrable ability to meet the

40 sq. meter daily speed requirement

. Physical fitness and ability to work long hours on sites across the UAE. Willingness to join immediately.
