Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced

multi-skilled tradesperson

with hands-on expertise in

masonry, electrical work, plumbing, and general labor assistance

. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling a variety of construction and maintenance tasks, supporting different trades as needed on residential, commercial, or industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:Masonry Duties:

Construct, repair, and maintain structures using bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other materials. Mix mortar and concrete, lay foundations, build walls, and finish surfaces. Interpret blueprints and drawings to execute accurate structural work.

Electrical Duties:

Install, repair, and maintain wiring, outlets, light fixtures, and circuit breakers. Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes and safety regulations. Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.

Plumbing Duties:

Install and repair water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related fixtures. Detect and fix leaks, clogs, or other plumbing issues. Read plumbing plans and ensure proper installation of pipes and systems.

General Helper Duties:

Assist skilled workers and contractors as needed. Load and unload materials and tools. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

at least two

of the following trades: masonry, electrical, or plumbing (experience in all is preferred). Basic knowledge of construction site safety and tools. Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Willingness to work flexible hours and in varying weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Certification or license in electrical/plumbing (as per local regulations) is a plus.
