Fixed Monthly Salary:
AED 1,500 per month.

Expertise & Speed Requirements
Candidates
must
meet the following non-negotiable standards:
Speed:
Ability to lay a minimum of
60 to 70 concrete blocks per day
.
Block Expertise:
Expert skill in handling various block types:
Hollow, Normal Fixed, and LEGO blocks
.
Finishing:
Must achieve
perfect wall alignment
and possess skills for
excellent plastering finishing
.
Key Responsibilities
Execute precise and rapid concrete block laying according to site plans and specifications.
Ensure the blocks are installed with perfect vertical and horizontal alignment.
Prepare, mix, and apply mortar efficiently.
Perform high-quality rough and smooth plastering and rendering on finished block walls.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, strictly adhering to all HSE protocols.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a Concrete Block Installer/Mason.
Demonstrable ability to meet the
60-70 block daily speed requirement
.
Physical fitness and the ability to work effectively outdoors.
