Mason Responsibilities:

Perform bricklaying, stone setting, and concrete blockwork. Mix and apply mortar or cement for construction. Repair and maintain existing masonry structures. Work with other team members to complete construction tasks.

Carpenter Responsibilities:

Build and install frameworks, structures, and other wooden fixtures. Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans. Measure, cut, and shape wood or other materials. Assemble structures and repair damages when necessary.

Steel Fixer Responsibilities:

Install and secure steel bars, rods, and mesh in concrete forms. Position and fix steel reinforcement according to design specifications. Cut, bend, and tie rebar. Ensure proper placement of steel for structural integrity.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the respective role (Mason, Carpenter, or Steel Fixer) for at least 2

years

. Knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety regulations related to the role. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good physical condition and ability to work in various construction environments. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
