to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality blockwork and plastering, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute blockwork and plastering according to project specifications and technical drawings.
Prepare and work with various materials, including bricks, blocks, and cement mixtures.
Maintain accuracy and high standards of workmanship throughout all phases of construction.
Collaborate with foremen, supervisors, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and in safe working condition.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness at the worksite.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in blockwork and plastering.
Proficiency in working with various masonry materials and construction techniques.
Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Must hold valid work permits or visas applicable to Dubai.
