Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Masa Plant Operator

to join our operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience in operating Masa 9001 XL or similar block production plants. This role requires strong technical knowledge and operational discipline to support plant efficiency and production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the Masa plant and associated machinery Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment Ensure smooth production processes and adhere to quality standards Maintain operational records and report any issues to the Plant Engineer/Plant Manager Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized work environment Support in plant inspections and preventive maintenance activities

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar plant (Masa 9001 XL or equivalent) ITI in Electrical or Mechanical will also be considered with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience Strong technical and operational understanding of block production plants Proficient in English with effective communication skills Knowledge of plant safety practices
