We are a growing B2B marketplace specializing in spare parts and logistics services for heavy machinery and commercial transport across the GCC region. Our platform connects buyers, suppliers, and logistics providers in one seamless ecosystem -- making procurement faster, more transparent, and more efficient.

We are looking for a

Marketplace Operations & Platform Support Manager

who will be responsible for maintaining high-quality platform content, supporting users in day-to-day platform usage, and ensuring accurate product and pricing data. This role is critical to platform usability, data integrity, and overall user experience for both buyers and suppliers.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Content & Data Management

Create and maintain step-by-step tutorials, guides, and instructional materials on how to use the platform (for buyers and suppliers) Upload and regularly update supplier price lists in the platform Upload, structure, and maintain product information, including specifications, categories, and availability Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all platform data Coordinate with suppliers to collect missing or updated product and pricing information
User Support & Platform Assistance

Provide operational and usability support to buyers and suppliers regarding platform functionality Assist users with account setup, navigation, product search, and order creation Support buyers and suppliers during order placement, clarification of listings, and transaction flow Act as a first-line support for platform-related questions and issues Escalate technical or system-related issues to the product or development team when required
Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with product, customer success, and acquisition teams to improve platform usability Provide feedback on user behavior and recurring usability challenges Maintain detailed records of support requests, uploads, and platform changes Prepare weekly and monthly reports on content updates, support activity, and data quality KPIs
Requirements

Experience in marketplace operations, platform support, data management, or customer support (B2B or e-commerce experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data Clear written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Comfortable creating instructional content and user guides Experience working with CRM systems, CMS, or admin panels Highly organized, process-driven, and proactive Knowledge of the GCC market and heavy machinery / spare parts industry is an advantage

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
