Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Intern to support our Product and Strategy team. This is a hands-on learning opportunity to gain experience in product research, vendor relations, inventory management, and marketplace operations. Youll be working directly with our Entrepreneur In Residence for Calo Market across all functions.

Main Responsibilities
Product Research & Strategy
- Assist in researching product trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
- Support the team in evaluating product performance and preparing recommendations
- Help maintain internal records of product SKUs and roadmap updates
- Help coordinate meetings or follow-ups with local suppliers
- Support relationship-building efforts with vendors by preparing meeting notes and summaries
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and flagging low or expiring inventory
- Help update the Marketplace menu based on seasonality or stock changes
- Work with operations and supply teams to ensure accurate product listings
- Support the creation of product listings by entering details such as pricing, descriptions, and nutritional information
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Assist in managing Add-on subscription options by tracking performance and user feedback
- Help organize promotions and near-expiry campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- A current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Passionate about food, retail, or e-commerce
- Comfortable with data entry and learning new tools or systems
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Youre highly attentive to detail, and take pride in your organizational skills
- Youre energetic and interested in healthy products
- Youre friendly, empathetic and able to get along well with people from diverse backgrounds
