As a Marketing/Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our agency\'s business growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in understanding the advertising market and leveraging this knowledge to achieve our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities for the company, ensuring a robust pipeline of engagements and partnerships.
• Client Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, report to the Marketing Manager on client interactions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Market Expertise: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the advertising market in Dubai, keeping abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform our strategy and offerings.
• Strategic Reporting: Provide detailed reports on market insights, potential business opportunities, and campaign effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop strategies that align with client objectives and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing or sales within the advertising industry, with a proven track record in business development.
• Comprehensive experience working in the UAE, with exceptional knowledge of the Dubai market.
• Age is between 27 and 35 years old.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
