About The Role As Executive Creative Director at Atlantis Dubai you will be at the helm of our creative vision, responsible for shaping and executing cutting-edge creative strategies that elevate our brands. You will lead and inspire a talented team of creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our brands\' growth and reputation for groundbreaking work. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the creative direction of Atlantis and driving its success. The ability to balance creative excellence with strategic thinking, brand team relationships, and team leadership is essential to excel in this role.
The ideal candidate for the position should possess a unique blend of creativity, leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen. They are the driving force behind the brand\xe2\x80\x99s creative vision and play a critical role in shaping its success.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Creative Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and creative direction to the team, overseeing the development of innovative concepts, campaigns, and designs.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of creatives, including creative director, designers, copywriter, and other creative professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm ideas and push the boundaries of creativity. Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation within the creative team, fostering an environment where new ideas are welcomed and tested.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies that align with brand objectives, ensuring brand consistency and a compelling, engaging customer experience.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up to date of industry trends and emerging creative technologies, infusing fresh ideas and innovation into our work. Utilize market research and trend analysis to inform creative strategies and keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the creative review process, ensuring that all work is aligned with project objectives. Maintain the highest standards of quality, ensuring that all creative work meets or exceeds brand expectations and standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with brand directors and managers on strategy to deliver integrated creative solutions that address client needs comprehensively.
  • Performance Evaluation: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns and regularly evaluate and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior creative leadership role within an advertising agency or creative organization
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a creative team.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to align creative efforts with business goals.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard creative software and tools
  • Ability to envision and drive ground-breaking creative concepts and strategies.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and concepts persuasively.
