Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Actively generate leads and convert them into customers.
Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
Track and report sales performance regularly.
Marketing:
Plan and implement marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.
Manage social media, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to create sales materials and content.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve strategies.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and client proposals.
Assist with organizing events, product launches, or exhibitions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing (0-2 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
