Marketing Team Lead

to take charge of our marketing efforts, manage a small team, and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive property sales and rentals. Oversee social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize engagement and lead generation. Create and manage content, campaigns, and digital ads across platforms. Work with graphics (basic design/editing skills required) for marketing materials, social media posts, and property listings. Coordinate with agents and management to ensure brand consistency. Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for better ROI. Stay updated with real estate market trends and new digital marketing tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing (real estate industry preferred). Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools. Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar). Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Leadership skills - able to guide, motivate, and manage a team. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
