We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow online community engagement.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Maintain and update the company's website and content management systems.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media platforms).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
