Marketing Specialist – Travel Retail
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support marketing teams with monthly reporting, analysis, and presentations.
Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams for the procurement and delivery of marketing materials and promotional items.
Process documents and invoices to ensure timely payments and stock availability.
Assist in the execution of retail activations, promotions, and in-store visibility initiatives.
Ensure timely production, delivery, and installation of marketing materials and displays.
Maintain accurate records for order forms, invoices, sales, and stock forecasts.
Support ad-hoc requests such as samples, promotional items, and stock requirements.
Help maintain high levels of customer and supplier satisfaction.
Requirements & Skills:
Graduate with experience in marketing, retail, or coordination roles.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
