Job Responsibilities * Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth globally

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, including product descriptions, sales collateral, and digital content such as blogs and case studies
• Support the sales team with lead generation and nurturing campaigns
• Work closely with our digital team on major campaigns for social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing
• Organise sales and marketing events including exhibitions, conferences and client interaction days.
• Analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Monitor industry trends and adjust marketing strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness
• Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including advertising agencies
• Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan and budget in collaboration with the marketing manager

Profile required * Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies within the B2B Industry
• Strong understanding of marketing trends, consumer behavior, and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Experience managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across global offices including sales, projects, engineering and QHSE teams
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas Industry and pipeline maintenance services is a plus

Compensation and benefits:

Salary : AED 10,000 - AED 12,000 per month (maximum)

Fuel Allowance: as per company policy

Other benefits: As per UAE labor law.
