Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our client, which is a research-based biopharmaceutical company headquartered in America.
This is a renewable contract engagement (1 Year & Extendable), based in Dubai and with frequent traveling required to KSA.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing marketing activities and providing cross-functional support for the launch of new products in the GCC countries.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing marketing activities and providing cross-functional support for the launch of new products in the GCC countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches in the GCC Countries.
- Manage promotional materials and campaigns to enhance product visibility.
- Organize and execute promotional events, ensuring their success.
- Archive post-event documentation and insights for future reference.
- Take charge of market research reports and engage in discussions with external partners.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time between UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- 3 - 7 years of relevant marketing experience.
- 2 - 4 years of local experience in either the UAE or Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Prior experience in marketing with Multinational pharmaceutical companies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Arabic is not mandatory but considered a plus, given the regional context.
