Job Description

We are looking for a marketing specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote hotel rooms, F&B offerings, spa services, and special events Coordinate with digital agencies, photographers, influencers, and PR partners for campaign execution Manage social media accounts and content calendars to ensure timely and engaging content Create and distribute email newsletters, promotional materials, and in-house marketing collateral Conduct competitor and market analysis, focusing on UAE hospitality trends and guest preferences Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and prepare performance reports Support the development and promotion of seasonal packages, loyalty programs, and guest offers Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials Collaborate with sales teams and revenue managers to align marketing efforts with occupancy and revenue goals Coordinate photo and video shoots to ensure high-quality visual assets for promotions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field Minimum 2-4 years of marketing experience in the

hospitality industry

UAE

Strong understanding of local market dynamics, cultural nuances, and customer behavior Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Creative thinker with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
