We're Hiring: Marketing Specialist for Olga Events (Dubai-based or Remote)

Are you a results-driven marketing expert with a passion for luxury experiences, weddings, and beautiful design?

Olga Events, a high-end wedding and event planning company based in Dubai, is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, attract the right clients, and optimize our digital presence.

What We're Looking For:

You must have proven experience in:

Facebook & Instagram Ads - setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns (lead generation + brand awareness)

Google Ads (Search & Display) - strategy, A/B testing, keyword management

SEO - both technical and content-based (on-page/off-page), with track record of rankings improvement

Shopify - product management, sales funnel setup, theme editing (basic), SEO for e-commerce

Additional Responsibilities (Tailored to Our Industry):

You will also support our wedding & event planning business with the following:

Build and manage lead generation funnels for engaged couples

Create email automations and CRM flows (welcome series, follow-ups, abandoned form campaigns)

Monitor ad analytics & report on ROAS, CPL, CTR, and website traffic

Run seasonal campaigns aligned with booking cycles (wedding season, holidays, etc.)

Coordinate styled shoots and vendor collaborations for content

Oversee blog content & SEO optimization (e.g., wedding trends, "Top Venues in Dubai", etc.)

Collaborate with our designer & social media team to ensure brand consistency across all channels

Analyze competitors and suggest positioning strategies

Suggest tools and automations to improve client journey, from inquiry to onboarding

Ideal Candidate Profile:

3+ years experience in digital marketing (preferably in luxury, events, lifestyle, or wedding industry)

Excellent written English (Arabic is a bonus)

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently

A creative eye and understanding of what makes high-end events visually appealing

Based in Dubai or flexible to work UAE time zone hours
