online and offline campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

multi-channel marketing strategies

to drive sales and brand visibility.

Digital Marketing:

Manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), Google Ads, SEO, email campaigns, website content, and influencer collaborations.

Offline Marketing:

Plan and execute in-store promotions, flyers, banners, events, local advertising, and community engagement. Analyze competitors, monitor market trends, and identify

new growth opportunities

. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals. Track campaign performance, report results, and optimize for

maximum ROI

. Bring

innovative, creative ideas

to strengthen customer engagement and brand positioning. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in

online and offline marketing

, preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.

Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, and offline promotions.

Excellent communication

, organizational, and project management skills. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team. Analytical skills to study competitors, track trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Familiarity with flower retail or related industry is a plus.
