Job Purpose
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing effective marketing strategies to enhance the BROWZ brand, attract new clients, and retain existing ones. This role supports the creation and implementation of content, campaigns, and promotions across digital and offline platforms. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to highlight BROWZ's services, offers, and values while ensuring a consistent brand voice and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution:
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-store platforms.
- Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal offers, and client engagement strategies.
Content Creation & Branding:
- Support in writing, editing, and scheduling content for social media, newsletters, website, and brochures.
- Collaborate with designers and service teams to produce visual and written marketing materials.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) including posting, engagement, and analytics.
- Update and optimize website content and ensure alignment with BROWZ campaigns.
- Monitor online reviews and coordinate responses with the client care team.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct client feedback surveys and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Support the creation of client loyalty programs and referral incentives.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Phorest.
- Create monthly marketing reports and suggest improvements based on data.
Event Coordination:
- Support organization of photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and in-clinic events or launches.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
