?Charterhouse is working in partnership with a leading beauty and wellness brand in Dubai to recruit a Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative environment with a focus on brand growth, client engagement, and digital innovation.
About the Role
This position is responsible for supporting and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content, manage social media channels, and coordinate promotional activities that reflect the brand's identity and values.
The role also involves campaign execution, performance tracking, and client engagement initiatives, including loyalty programs and event coordination. A strong understanding of the beauty and wellness market will be key to success in this role.
About You
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry.
This role requires having strong writing and editing skills in English, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail. Familiarity with social media tools, email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and basic design software (Canva, Adobe) is essential.
