Job Description

Job Summary
As the Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for the efficient running of the marketing procedure to meet our firm and owners' expectations. This role will require someone with excellent communication skills and a "can do" attitude.
Key Tasks

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and creating contents to maximize the client's engagement.
  • Conduct research of prospective target and potential clients (ex: Corporates) via possible resources.
  • Ability to schedule and attend meetings with the potential clients (Preparation of proposals, presentations and other client-facing materials).
  • Generating creative ideas to enhance marketing plans.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat skills required.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in Marketing Role.
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Marketing.
  • Knowledge of on-line and electronic newswire services, media tracking and Internet research resources, and website marketing.
