Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
Present company services to prospective clients and prepare tailored proposals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Work on marketing of the company like attend conferences and networking events
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent Arabic language Speaking
2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in
B2B or service industry (background screening, verification, HR solutions, etc.)
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
