Marketing & Sales Executive
to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a
female candidate
with prior
UAE experience
, preferably fluent in
Arabic and English
, and available for
immediate joining

The role combines networking, lead generation, CRM management, and client engagement to position DocullyVDR as the preferred data room solution for M&A, IPOs, fundraising, legal, and regulatory transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture a network of contacts across:
Investment Banks
Private Equity Firms
Law Firms
M&A Advisory Firms
Corporates and Startups
Identify and qualify leads, generate interest, and convert them into business opportunities.
Act as the
primary point of contact
for clients requesting proposals and product information.
Prepare and send compelling proposals, follow up, negotiate terms, and
close deals
.
Manage data, track interactions, and update
Zoho CRM
in real time.
Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies for
brand positioning and market differentiation
.
Design and execute marketing strategies for
lead generation
,
partnership development
, and
startup outreach
.
Establish
strategic partnerships
with fundraising platforms, accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem enablers.
Attend relevant industry events and represent DocullyVDR to expand market presence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven sales/marketing experience in the UAE (B2B or SaaS preferred).
Strong communication and
negotiation skills
in English and Arabic.
Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM experience is a
plus
).
Ability to think strategically and implement campaigns independently.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
