Marketing / Sales Executive – Commission Based

Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated Marketing Executive to promote our services and generate leads on a 100% commission basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong networking and sales skills who can directly contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and bring in new clients/projects.
Approach real estate developers, contractors, and relevant businesses.
Follow up with potential clients to close deals.
Maintain records of clients, leads, and progress.
Requirements :
Prior experience in marketing or sales (construction or real estate preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Commission:
Commission is paid only after the client has signed and made the payment.
