Position Overview:

We are seeking a

highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive

to join our team on a

commission-only basis

. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a good understanding of client requirements, and the ability to close deals independently.

This is a

performance-based role

, ideal for individuals who are confident in generating their own leads and earning unlimited income based on results.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients for interior design and fit-out projects. Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget to offer tailored solutions. Coordinate with the design and estimation team to prepare proposals and quotations. Follow up with clients to confirm projects and ensure timely payments. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Represent Fables Interiors professionally at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

sales

, preferably in

interior design / real estate / construction

sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive attitude. Ability to generate leads through personal networks and market research. Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation:

This is a

commission-only position

. Commission will be paid on successfully closed and paid projects as per company policy.
