Opening for Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager

As we work toward bringing in a high-end, trend-setting F&B concept from Taiwan to the UAE, and we're looking for a passionate Marketing Professional to join our team. If you have a strong eye for luxury branding, love storytelling, and can translate brand essence from Chinese to an elevated UAE market experience, this role is for you.

About the Role

You will be the bridge between our host brand partners in Taiwan and our UAE marketing vision, ensuring the concept launches with impact, authenticity, and cultural relevance.

This role blends creativity, strategy, and cross-cultural alignment. You'll work closely with the Executive Director, Marketing Manager, and Branding teams to localize brand identity, communication, and activations for the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Translate, interpret, and adapt brand guidelines, marketing assets, and campaign directions received from Taiwan HQ. Ensure brand messaging, visuals, and campaign rollouts reflect the luxury positioning and resonate with the UAE audience. Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, launch events, digital content, and seasonal promotions. Coordinate with creative teams to deliver high-quality content--visuals, menus, packaging, PR materials, and digital assets. Assist with influencer partnerships, PR coordination, and digital marketing activities. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

Fluent in Chinese (reading & writing) and English

2-5 years of experience in Marketing, ideally within

F&B, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands

. Strong understanding of

brand positioning

, storytelling, and visual communication. Comfortable working with fast-paced timelines and international stakeholders. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate concepts into localized market-ready strategies. Experience with social media content creation, campaign planning, and agency coordination is a plus.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
