Lupos Real Estate is Hiring - Public Relations Manager

Lupos Real Estate is seeking an experienced and strategic PR Manager to lead our corporate communications and public relations efforts across the UAE market.

This role is pivotal to shaping the public image of our brand and expanding our visibility in the real estate, lifestyle, and investment sectors. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, skilled in media relations, and capable of positioning Lupos as a trusted name in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy aligned with business objectives Cultivate relationships with media, press, influencers, and industry stakeholders Draft press releases, media kits, talking points, and internal/external communication material Oversee the planning and execution of PR campaigns, media events, and speaking engagements Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on PR performance and reputation metrics Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and sales teams to ensure message consistency Manage media relations, press outreach, interviews, and strategic placements across real estate and lifestyle publications Take ownership of social media content strategy in collaboration with the marketing team -- including campaign messaging, tone, and public position Oversee and contribute to the development of branded content, storytelling themes, video scripts, and influencer briefs Ensure message alignment across all platforms: digital, print, and internal communications Organize and promote events, activations, and company milestones to strengthen brand presence
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in PR, communications, or media relations (real estate, luxury, or corporate sectors preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, (Arabic is an advantage) Established media network within the UAE and/or GCC or internationally Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Professional presence, strategic mindset, and proactive attitude
