This role plays a key part in coordinating tasks, ensuring alignment between departments, and supporting the marketing team with smooth, organized workflows. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive in solving problems before they escalate.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily tasks, timelines, and deliverables for the Marketing Department
Organize communication between internal departments and team members
Support planning for campaigns, photoshoots, activations, and cross-functional projects
Track progress, follow up on deadlines, and ensure all initiatives stay on schedule
Prepare reports, documentation, and internal updates
Support budgeting, supplier coordination, and administrative processes
