Marketing & Operations Coordinator
. The ideal candidate will handle marketing, customer service, e-commerce, and general operations tasks to help our gallery run smoothly and grow its online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage advertising posts for social media platforms using editing tools
Manage customer inquiries via calls, emails, and social media, providing excellent service
Organize gallery activities, events, and campaigns
Support basic business accounting and e-commerce operations
Maintain and update digital content on our website or online store
Requirements:
Skilled in editing tools for social media ads
Strong English communication & customer service skills
Able to organize gallery activities/events
Basic knowledge of business accounting, e-commerce, and computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
