Also, to champion the company brand ensuring its relevancy & maximization in advertising the company in the best light it can be. Also managing all industry & company events & outside efforts in presenting the company at the exhibitions & places it should be presented following our brand & marketing strategy. Job Responsibilities: xe2x80x8b A. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital print and events.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Oversee brand positioning and messaging consistency across all platforms.
B. Media & Public Relations
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Develop press releases, media kits, and PR campaigns to generate positive media coverage.
Monitor media trends and provide proactive recommendations for media engagement.
C. Digital & Social Media Management
Lead social media strategy and oversee content planning, engagement, and analytics.
Manage website content and SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
Oversee digital advertising, PPC campaigns, and email marketing efforts.
D. Content Development & Corporate Communications
Develop compelling content, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and video scripts.
Ensure brand voice and tone consistency in all corporate communications.
Manage internal communications to align employees with company goals and values.
E. Event & Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing events, product launches, and sponsorship activations.
Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Develop promotional materials and marketing collateral for campaigns.
F. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.
Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Abides and ensures abidance of reporting employees policies and procedures, security and safety regulations as well as local and applicable international.
Adhere to company laws and procedures.
Perform other duties as reasonably expected.
To qualify for this role, you must have:
Around 10 years in Marketing or Public Relations
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Experience in dealing with Media and PR entities
Knowledge about the media landscape of the Middle East
Experience in creating and managing media communication strategies.
Exposure to using social media for Marketing.
Proficiency in social media management tools, Google Analytics, and marketing automation.
Experience in event planning and media relations.
