The Marketing and Communications Manager will oversee all marketing initiatives and external communications to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize market penetration. This role is responsible for leading the execution of targeted marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth in the piping manufacturing sector.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's piping products in target markets.
Lead branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and drive customer loyalty.
Create and manage engaging content for various platforms, including the website, brochures, newsletters, and social media.
Oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to enhance product visibility.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to align marketing campaigns with business development goals.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, and social media campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and advertising agencies.
Prepare press releases, media kits, and other external communications to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with company standards and branding guidelines.
Internal Interactions:
Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Senior Management teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure technical accuracy.
External Interactions:
Engage with consultants, contractors, distributors, industry associations, event organizers, media, and third-party vendors to expand campaign impact and promote the company's value proposition.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
Proven ability to manage technical content, campaigns, and product marketing in a B2B environment.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic is preferred.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills tailored to technical and commercial audiences.
Working knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to translate complex technical product features into clear, compelling customer-focused messaging.
Solid understanding of industry trends, customer segmentation, and project tendering dynamics.
