Reliance HR Consultancy is looking for a talented and experienced female Marketing Manager to join team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and grow our client base.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to promote the shipbuilding and ship repair yard that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Conduct research to identify and analyze market trends and stay up-to-date with competitor activities.
Develop and manage marketing budgets for specific target markets.
Plan, manage, and execute various marketing campaigns across all channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, events, and trade shows.
Build partnerships, establish industry contacts, and collaborate with third parties such as media outlets, trade publications, industry bodies, and other stakeholders to expand our reach and deepen engagement with our target audience.
Manage the production of all marketing materials, including copywriting, graphic design, production of videos, drone footage, and images.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals in order to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and apply data to drive marketing decisions and strategies

Proven track record of success in marketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with web design and content management systems.

Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing tactics.

Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

Salary AED 15K-20K all in
