We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our creative and marketing operations, manage the photography team, develop strategic marketing materials, and ensure smooth communication with clients, managers, and staff. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the marketing team and photography/videography team to ensure high-quality output. Develop marketing strategies, campaigns, and content plans aligned with company goals. Create and oversee price lists, company profiles, mood boards, presentations, and marketing materials. Plan, schedule, and supervise photo & video shoots, ensuring creative direction matches project requirements. Review and approve all visual content before delivery to ensure consistency with brand standards. Coordinate with designers, editors, and social media specialists to deliver cohesive campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitors to propose improvement strategies. Prepare regular performance and progress reports for management review.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in media, production, or creative agencies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage creative and operational teams. Excellent communication skills with clients, managers, and staff. Ability to create mood boards, pricing structures, and company profiles. Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written
