Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead and oversee our

E-Commerce and Marketing departments

. He/ She must be a

NATIVE ARABIC SPEAKER.

This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, digital engagement, and revenue through integrated marketing strategies and e-commerce optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Supervise and guide the E-Commerce and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels. Oversee digital campaigns, content creation, SEO/SEM, and social media initiatives. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI and customer acquisition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and product development. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution. Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within logistics, e-commerce, or related industries. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities. Fluency in Arabic; English is a plus.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
