The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who is not just an SEO expert but a true leader. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative SEO strategies, managing a talented team of specialists, and serving as a primary point of contact for our valued clients. You will directly impact client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. Conduct thorough technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and in-depth keyword research. Oversee and execute effective link-building and digital PR outreach campaigns. Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to derive insights and report on ROI. Stay ahead of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure strategies are cutting-edge.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SEO specialists and content creators. Assign projects, manage workloads, and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all work. Foster a collaborative, productive, and positive team environment. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate professional development for team members.

Client Management & Growth:

Serve as the main strategic contact for key clients, building strong, trusting relationships. Conduct client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating strategy, progress, and results. Identify opportunities to grow accounts by introducing new services and strategies that meet client objectives. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and demonstrable results.

Qualifications & Must-Haves:

5+ years

of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a

heavy focus on SEO

.

Proven experience (2+ years)

in managing and leading a team.

Proven experience

in managing client relationships, preferably in an agency setting. Expertise with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog). Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple client priorities. Fluent English Speaker Must be Arabic Spoken

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with other digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing). Experience with business development or pitching new clients. Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms.
