Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a full 360-degree marketing role, requiring a balance of strategic planning, creative ideation, execution and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer with a passion for storytelling, strong agency relationships, experience with lead generation and a keen eye for brand consistency. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create high-impact marketing campaigns that engage and convert audiences. Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives, covering digital, social media, email and content marketing
Creative Development & Brand Management: Oversee the creation of compelling brand narratives, visual content and marketing materials to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Social Media Management: Oversee the development and execution of social media strategies, including content planning and creation, audience engagement and performance tracking across platforms
Agency & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with creative and performance agencies to maximize marketing effectiveness and ROI
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation: Work closely with external agencies to develop and optimize performance marketing strategies with a focus on Google Ads. Manage lead generation and conversion, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and ROI-focused
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, including product, sales and customer success, to align marketing efforts with broader company goals
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of two junior marketers, providing guidance, development opportunities and performance oversight
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a full-spectrum marketing role, preferably within B2B SaaS
Strong background in brand storytelling, creative strategy and content marketing
Proven experience managing external agencies and vendors
Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, performance marketing and analytics tools
Strong expertise in lead generation and paid media strategies
Experience in managing and executing social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with event management is a plus
Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members is preferred
