Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control the budget of the Marketing, Business Development, and Client Services Department
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with all Category Managers
  • Create and print all marketing materials in line with the marketing plan
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns
  • Manage branding and corporate identity
  • Prepare online and print marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Create a wide range of marketing materials
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts of the company
  • Work closely with creative and social media agencies
  • Prepare for product launches
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
  • Work in conjunction with New Product Development to identify product improvements or develop new products
  • Remain updated of the current industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Work in conjunction with New Product Development to develop products according to customer requirements and specifications
  • Organize sales stands at trade shows, exhibits, conferences, seminars to maintain and improve customer awareness of NDC products and their capabilities
  • Attend and manage sales stands
  • Monitor, review, and report all marketing activities, challenges, and KPIs monthly
  • Monitor and manage customer relations management
  • Train new staff on customer handling and in resolving customer complaints
  • Develop business plans and proposals for a partnership with key companies and government bodies
  • Manage the company’s loyalty program
  • Monitor competitor movements
  • Conduct market analysis
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
Other Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration relevant field
  • Master’s Degree is a advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
