The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing initiatives for our real estate portfolio, property sales by developing, executing, and analyzing comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital campaigns (SEO/PPC), branding, and content creation. This role requires strong real estate market knowledge, creativity, and hands?on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for property sales, leasing, and brand awareness
Oversee property listings on real estate portals and ensure accuracy and visibility
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, open houses, events, and project launches
Collaborate with sales teams to identify trends, analyze market, and generate high-quality leads
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing insights
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Manage relationships with agencies, photographers, designers, and media partners
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Support the sales and leasing teams with marketing tools and lead?generation strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in
real estate
Strong understanding of property marketing, lead funnels, and real estate portals
Excellent communication, leadership, and project?management skills
Experience working in a fast?paced, target?driven environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Property Finder tools)
Knowledge of UAE real estate market (if applicable)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe)
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
