5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate brokerage/developer firms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor coordination.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
Familiarity with real estate CRM systems is an advantage.
