to lead our marketing strategy across B2B, B2C, and B2G segments. The ideal candidate will have strong market understanding, outstanding communication skills in

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for B2B, B2C, and B2G channels. Drive brand awareness through digital, offline, and partnership marketing. Create and manage marketing campaigns that support enrolment and corporate training growth.

B2B & B2G Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with organisations, ministries, government entities, and corporate partners. Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with institutional requirements. Identify partnership opportunities and expand market reach.

B2C Marketing

Lead student-focused campaigns to promote courses and language programs. Oversee online lead generation, social media presence, and conversion strategies. Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Market Research & Reporting

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Prepare monthly performance reports and marketing analytics. Recommend improvements to drive higher ROI and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in B2B/B2C/B2G roles. Strong communication skills in

Arabic and English

(both mandatory). Experience in the education sector is an advantage. Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and lead campaigns independently.

QAR 7,000 - 9,000
