Job Description

Purpose of Position:



1. Leading the CRM and Marketing team.

2. Facilitate and assist the sales managers in advertisements, campaigns and other

promotional endeavours.

3. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and After Sales teams to gather customer

insights and align CRM efforts with overall business objectives.

4. Develop and implement customer lifecycle management programs, including

onboarding, upselling, cross-selling, recall campaigns and retention initiatives.

5. Liaison with Principals on behalf of the organization.

Major Roles:



1. Liaison with principals for ordering, incentive claims, and advertising support and

ensure receipt of orders on time, timely settlement of incentives claims and

advertising support.

2. Organize campaigns, Road shows and other promotional events.

3. Liaise with advertisement agencies for timely release of advertisements.

4. Handling the Company's Social Platform Accounts and website contents for Job

postings, Promotions and Offers, Product Visibility, etc.

5. Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features,

benefits, and target audience.

6. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our

automotive products and services.

7. Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various

channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization

(SEO), display advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content

marketing.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers, content

writers, and developers, to create engaging and effective digital assets and landing

pages.

9. Track and report on key metrics and KPIs to stakeholders, providing regular

performance updates and insights.

10. Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation

and ROI measurement.

11. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and

meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

12. Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate and synchronize customer data

across systems, ensuring a holistic view of the customer.

13. Develop and implement customer lifecycle management programs, including

onboarding, upselling, cross-selling, and retention initiatives.

14. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and

high-performing CRM team.

15. Prepare and present regular reports and insights to stakeholders, demonstrating

the impact of CRM initiatives on business outcomes.

16. Oversee the management and maintenance of the customer database, ensuring

data accuracy and integrity.

Major Responsibilities:



1. Ensure timely MIS reports

2. Support sales managers in product pricing.

3. Support sales managers in product training

4. Support sales managers with merchandising materials

5. Liaise with sales for order forecast and finalization

6. Ensure placements and receipts of orders on time - track orders.

7. Ensure effective management and execution of events.

8. Evolve proposals for incentives and advertisement support with principals and

claiming them.

9. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends,

and competitive insights.

10. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including

digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and traditional media.

11. Anticipate and solve problems

12. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve

departmental goals and objectives.

13. Establish and maintain good working relations with other departments especially

sales.

14. Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop marketing

collateral, including brochures, videos, presentations, and website content.

15. Manage the company's online presence and ensure brand consistency across all

digital platforms.

16. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including

dealerships, suppliers, and industry influencers.

17. Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and trade shows to

maximize brand visibility and generate leads.

18. Monitor and report on marketing budget utilization, ensuring efficient allocation

of resources and cost-effectiveness.

19. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in

automotive marketing.

20. Ensure implementation of IT efforts in the department / function.

Measures (Outputs):



1. Timely implementation of advertisement calendar within budgets

2. Incentive claims from principals

3. Timely availability of stocks as ordered.

4. Effectiveness of events in terms of turnout and costs.

5. Special vehicle availability in terms of time and quality
