Job Description

The Role
  • Set global marketing strategies for clients that will help drive brand image globally, translate brand strategies into insightful creative briefs and content strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement strategies, manage the team responsible for strategies execution or find, when necessary, a third party to implement strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and track success criteria and metrics for all marketing programs and activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop strategic marketing and innovative strategies for corporates in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle sector while ensuring that the set strategies reflect a high ROI for the client. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish KPIs for all marketing campaigns\\ activities measure and assess their progress against the set objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze consumer behavior and provide data driven solutions based on the done analyses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Set internal strategies for MP and support in the internal branding development of MP\xe2\x80\x99s digital content and Marketing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the global content development process to ensure focused and consistent messaging & services priorities across all touchpoint \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and manage the global marketing plan across all brand categories to increase brand exposure and drive commercial KPIs, ensuring measurable results. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead & develop innovative digitally marketing plans cross functionally to raise brand awareness, acquire and retain consumers and drive sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand customer needs and current marketing trends. Set and implement CRM and client acquisition strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop effective proposals for clients and projects pitch based on effective marketing research and analysis conducting thorough research that makes MP stands out from competitors \xe2\x80\xa2 Set a budget for each client that ensures the over profitability of the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate contracts with clients based on the set estimated budget for each client to ensure MP\xe2\x80\x99s profitability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies. Research and analyze market trends, competitors\xe2\x80\x99 and ensure MP has a competitive edge \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and present department quarterly and annual reports to management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Measure the performance of the implementations of the set marketing plans using effective tools and techniques. \xe2\x80\xa2 Launch global campaigns based on past performance insights to drive better outcome and leverage upcoming ones. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop creative market driven solutions for clients to market their products and services that are out of the box and allow the client to stand out in the market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand digital innovation technology and implement it in the marketing campaigns and activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Set digital strategy for major projects and clients ensuring: Benchmarking, Audience presence, Use of best practices and latest trends, SEO and SEM \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide recommendation for clients on digital presence as well as analysis on content in comparison to the market \xe2\x80\xa2 Determine the best and most creative ways to advertise the clients\xe2\x80\x99 products \\services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and oversee the Social Media team work on all clients ensuring that all the strategies and plans are executed effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated to the market update and to the latest trend to be a trendsetter.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in Marketing\\brand marketing\\global or regional brand marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Lifestyle\\fashion\\luxury is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 360 marketing experience (digital, PR, activations, retail, partnerships, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Global and client management experience is a must \xe2\x80\xa2 MENA Market Knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Digital Marketing background \xe2\x80\xa2 Up to date with the latest digital marketing tactics and customer acquisitions \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English
