Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and scale marketing in Kuwait.
You'll be responsible for how growth actually happens, from strategy to execution to learning, working closely with leadership, finance, and operations.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to grow into senior leadership over time.
What You'll Do
Own marketing priorities for the Kuwait market
Design and run full-funnel marketing initiatives
awareness acquisition retention+ loyalty
Establish baselines, run experiments, and iterate based on learnings
Make smart trade-offs across channels, budgets, and timing
Track and interpret KPIs across the funnel
Partner closely with finance, operations, and CX
Turn execution into insights, and insights into better decisions
This is a thinking + doing role.
What We're Looking For
This role is a strong fit if you:
Have 3+ years of experience in marketing (digital / performance background preferred)
Are very comfortable with numbers, analytics, and measurement
Think about marketing as a system, not a set of campaigns
Understand prioritization, trade-offs, and impact
Have run or supported full-funnel growth initiatives
Are hands-on and execution-oriented
Are hungry to learn, grow, and prove yourself
Experience in B2C, subscriptions, D2C, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
