Job Overview
As a Marketing Manager at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, you will lead the planning and execution of hotel marketing campaigns, promotional content, and revenue-focused strategies across departments such as F and B, spa, events, and retail. Your goal will be to maximize share-of-wallet by enhancing the property's visibility, brand alignment, and guest experience through creative and data-driven messaging.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with departmental revenue goals
• Manage all internal hotel messaging including screens, signage, collateral, and digital content
• Update and maintain web content to reflect current offerings and promotions
• Collaborate with departmental heads and PR teams to execute campaigns and promotions
• Oversee production timelines and creative output with on-property graphic designers
• Analyze marketing performance data to track ROI and campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate with Marriott brand teams for strategy alignment and promotional support
• Execute brand-compliant materials and strategic partner promotions
• Monitor guest trends and competitor activity to refine marketing approach
• Ensure consistent messaging across all guest touchpoints and communication channels

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality marketing or luxury brand marketing
• Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and multimedia content creation
• Proficiency in web content systems, digital tools, and marketing analytics
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Creativity paired with commercial acumen and attention to visual detail
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms and departments
