Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the marketing initiatives for our multi-specialty medical clinic. The ideal candidate will have proven experience within the UAE healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop marketing plans for all departments (GP, speciality clinics, diagnostics, wellness). Build brand awareness in local community; execute local community outreach and partnerships. Manage digital channels: website, social media, email marketing campaigns. Lead patient acquisition strategy: social media campaigns, PPC, SEO. Manage offline marketing activities: print media, signage, local events. Liaise with sales / patient services teams to ensure seamless patient journey. Research market / competitor trends; identify opportunities to differentiate services. Oversee marketing budget, track spend, report to management.

Requirements:



Degree in Marketing / Business / related field. 5+ years in marketing, at least 1-2 years in healthcare. UAE experience preferred. Strong project management skills. Familiar with healthcare regulations in UAE. Good knowledge of both digital & traditional marketing. Fluent in English; Arabic
