Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
Coordinate creative production including content, designs, video shoots, and branding materials.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
Manage and guide the marketing team (designers, content creators, media buyers, videographers).
Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing outputs.
Facilitate internal and external communication to maintain efficient workflow.
4. Social Media & Content Management
Oversee content calendars, social media strategies, and brand messaging.
Ensure consistency of tone, branding, and quality across all platforms.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content.
5. Client & Stakeholder Communication
Act as the main point of contact for clients on marketing matters.
Prepare and present monthly reports, results, and recommendations.
Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
6. Data & Performance Analysis
Track KPIs and analyze campaign results, website metrics, and lead performance.
Use analytics tools to create actionable insights and strategic improvements.
Prepare performance dashboards and reports for management.
7. Brand Development
