As a Marketing Manager - MENAT, You will be driving Molecular Diagnostic (MDx), Women Health & Cancer, and POC Business Groups within BD Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) strategy and achieve desired financial performance through comprehensive and timely market shaping, portfolio management and execution of key marketing programs in MENAT (Middle East, North Africa, Turkey) region. MENAT Marketing Manager is expected to lead the development and implementation of strategic planning efforts, as well as cultivate effective working relationships with Sales teams, Functions and Regional Marketing team while keeping customer in core. This position can be based in UAE, Saudi Arabia or in Turkiye. Other Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive marketing efforts to ensure thorough evaluation and analysis of commercialization opportunities through successful implementation and deployment of new product launch plans, strategies, and related tactics (including economic modeling, demand forecasting, pricing, market and country access and promotional activities)
  • Develop and implement short and long term MENAT Marketing Plans.
  • Coordinate and drive the required Market shaping/development activities in the different regions
  • Develop and maintain expert market knowledge in terms of quantitative data (e.g. market data, market trends, pricing, category share, etc.) and qualitative data (e.g. customer needs, competitor activities, plans, technologies and applications); recommending suitable actions to maximize opportunities and minimize potential threats.
  • Lead Product life cycle planning and processes.
  • Produce promotional material / marketing collateral and tools which will deliver key messages and positioning.
  • Support commercial team and distributors with product information and product training activities.
  • Interface with EMEA Marketing Team to share information and update with market data, product developments and market specific strategic and tactical plans.
  • Contribute financial budgeting, forecasting and demand planning processes.
  • Collaborate and work effectively with sales team and the cross-functional teams such as regulatory, supply chain, finance, medical affairs, public affairs, and distributors to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Implement digital strategies appropriate to solutions; supports digital and e-marketing campaigns by identifying optimal digital tools to maximize reach and influence of target customer segment
About You :-
  • BSc degree in biological science or molecular biology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of marketing in IVD market.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in IVD market.
  • Modelling and forecasting, Strong business and financial acumen
  • Develop and champion go-to-market and other marketing plans, planning processes, and programs with collaborative implementation
  • Understands and applies basics of market and customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Lead the identification and management of critical issues for customers and build market shaping and development opportunity solutions
  • Develop deep insights through research and analytics to inform marketing and product development decision-making, plans, activities, and the organization
  • Lead the successful development and flawless implementation of new product launches and related commercialization plans, strategies, and activities
  • Optimize the complete life cycle of assigned products and related portfolios.
  • Production of marketing promotional materials / campaign collateral management including digital campaigns
  • Field communication \xe2\x80\x93 supporting the sales team and attending customer meetings as required
  • The successful candidate should be dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills, clear and detailed communication skills, the strength to propose and apply actions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be capable of independently generating, prioritizing and completing work.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Well experienced in MS- Office - Presentation / Excel / Word. Etc..
  • Self-motivated with a desire for self-development. An ability to show initiative.
  • Prepared to work away from home for extended periods
  • Phenomenal teammate.
  • Good negotiation skills, decisive but open also to suggestion and dialogue, this person evolves effectively in a complex and consensual multicultural environment and within a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong supporter of the BD values.
    • Ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the business, industry and MENAT countries.
  • Ensures budgets and schedules meet business requirements.
  • Successful candidate must be willing to travel to support region on a frequent basis.
