Job Description

Oversee the planning, development and implementation of all marketing initiatives and strategies for ALMED, in alignment with the GM. The Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing, communication, and public relations events. The Marketing Manager obtains financial support for all marketing events/campaigns and assists with the development of marketing activities that add business value to ALMED.

  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and refine a comprehensive marketing strategy and departmental budget designed to help ALMED progress and achieve successful key business goals.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies to build relationships, enhance ALMED reputation, strengthen brands, and achieve executive management vision.
  • Plan and conduct market research including but not limited to studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; and monitoring the competition.
  • Develop and assess measurable goals and objectives that advance the Strategic Framework as well as marketing objectives.
  • Manage and maintain specific research efforts inclusive of consumer insights, consumer segmentation, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and developments.
  • Manage the forecast and revenue delivery for business products through monitoring performance and availing transparent weekly/monthly/annual reporting to the executive management and relevant stakeholders on the performance of brand marketing initiatives, their progress, and results. This is for the purpose of the formulation of new brand strategies, improvement of existent brand strategies, and the capitalization of the brand on any emergent opportunities.
8. Partner with the Operation Director/Manager & Brand Managers for the purpose of creating brand awareness and marketing plans. Identify suitable campaign insights that will enable brand differentiation and offer the business a competitive edge in the market in terms of acquisition and retention.
  • Partner with marketing team in the development and management of consumer and potential-consumer communication.
  • Coordinate with IT department, Operation/Brand Managers, and other marketing department teams in the development, deployment, and enhancement of strategies across all marketing channels (website, digital and social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM etc...).
  • Work closely with HR department in the development of effective recruitment approaches specific to the marketing department in order to guarantee skilled and efficient personnel for the marketing department, which will lead to smooth, effective, and efficient performance of duties within the department.
  • Keep up with and understand industry best practices and emerging strategies that will keep ALMED marketing strategy up-to-date and ensure a competitive edge in brand awareness, consumer acquisition, and retention.
  • Responsible for developing new creative, innovate, and out-of-the-box approaches in applying the Company's marketing activities.
  • Develop the marketing team by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
